About
Medicine taught me rigour.
Photography taught me patience.

I am a physician trained in an international clinical environment, a researcher drawn to questions that sit between disciplines, and a photographer who believes the best images — like the best diagnoses — come from careful observation.
My clinical work is grounded in patient-centred care, with a particular interest in aviation medicine — the discipline of keeping people healthy at 38,000 feet and beyond. It is a field that rewards precision, calm, and systems thinking, and it has shaped how I approach every other project I take on.
In research, I work on clinical questions and on healthcare innovation more broadly: how technology, design, and better systems can quietly improve the way care is delivered. I have presented at international conferences and continue to develop new studies and collaborations.
Photography is the counterweight. From the streets of Istanbul to the landscapes of Anatolia and the river towns of Bengal, I photograph to remember — and to notice. The camera has made me a better doctor; medicine has made me a more patient photographer.
I also build. Bogura Mohanagar, a digital platform for the city where my story began, is the first of several ventures connecting healthcare, community, and technology. I believe good work compounds quietly — and that the most meaningful projects are the ones you'd still do if nobody was watching.
